1. What is the best way to contact you?

3. Returns & refunds
There are no returns. All orders are final.
All items are shipped by regular postal mail. You should expect your item with 7 to 12 business days. In order to ensure the quickest delivery possible, please make sure that all of your contact information is correct when placing an order. If your item has not shipped by 12 business days, please email us at email@example.com.
5. What size do you carry?
We carry sizes S through XXL. If we do not have your size, please contact us by email (firstname.lastname@example.org) to see about getting something custom made.
6. Offers & discounts
Offers and discounts are only available for a limited amount of time. When a discount has ended, it is over. No exceptions.
7. Why was my card declined?
Credit cards can be declined for various reasons. The most common reason is the billing address being incorrect. If your card was declined, please double check to make sure your billing address is correct. If the problem persists, please contact your credit card provider.

9. Conformity of goods
